Refund and Returns Policy

All Print Chic products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is immediately added to our production queue. Due to this process and the wide variety of sizes and colors we offer, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any products, including vinyl sold by the foot.

If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled. For rush orders, cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour, as these orders are processed more quickly.

If a cancellation request is made after the allowed time frame:

  • A full refund may be issued as store credit, or
  • A refund to the original payment method will be issued minus credit card processing fees

If your order has already been set up and a proof has been sent, an additional 15% design fee will be deducted to cover design time. Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.


Defects and Replacements

If an error occurs during manufacturing, Print Chic will replace the defective item(s) at no charge. Photo proof is required.

Without photo proof, you will be required to return the product at your own expense. If we determine the error was on our end, we will reimburse authorized shipping costs (amount must be pre-approved).


Return Authorization

You must contact Print Chic to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  • Defects must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order
  • If required, products must be returned within 10 days of delivery (at your expense)
  • Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return

Decals & Order Accuracy

If a decal is missing a letter, please provide photo proof before application, and we will send replacement lettering.

If a reprint is required due to a customer error (e.g., approving proofs with spelling mistakes), you will be responsible for reprint costs. A discounted rate may be offered.

Please review all proofs carefully. Print Chic is not responsible for errors in the final product related to:

  • Spelling, grammar, or punctuation
  • Image orientation or sizing
  • Bleeds or layout issues

We also do not guarantee print quality for files that are:

  • Low resolution
  • Poor quality
  • Not print-ready

We are not liable for blurry, distorted, or pixelated prints resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

Delays caused by the proof approval process are not the responsibility of Print Chic. Once artwork is approved, no further changes can be made.

No refunds will be issued after proof approval and once the order has been sent to print/cut.
