Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for more details.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping – 3-7 business days
  • Priority Mail Shipping – 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping – (available upon request)

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150 (domestic only).

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping upon request.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on our shipping carrier’s website.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at sales@printchic.com within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Delivery Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If an order is delayed due to an error on the shipping company’s behalf, we cannot be held liable. We do not issue refunds for the cost of shipping. We will not refund the cost of the decal either.

Packages Returned to Sender:
If a package is returned back to us, we will ship out your package again for a fee. Each order is custom made, we cannot refund the decal itself.
